Refunds

Fourteen days, no conditions and no justification to give.

Updated on 30 August 2026

The rule

Any subscription is refundable in full for fourteen days from payment, monthly or yearly, with no reason to give.

This is a commercial policy, more favourable than the applicable law: immediate delivery of digital content normally means waiving the withdrawal period (see clause 7 of the terms of sale).

How to ask

Write to contact@kompilestudio.com from the address used for the purchase, or use the link on the receipt sent by the reseller. No particular wording is expected.

Requests are handled within two working days. The refund is issued by the reseller to the original payment method; how long it then takes to appear on your statement is down to your bank, usually a few days.

What happens next

The subscription ends and the key stops unlocking Pro features. The application keeps working on the free tier, where Build and Run stay unlimited.

Videos already produced remain yours. Nothing is removed, altered or watermarked after the fact: what was rendered without a watermark stays that way.

After fourteen days

Past that period, payments already made are not refunded, including pro rata. You may cancel at any time: the subscription is then not renewed, and Pro features remain available until the end of the period you paid for.

One exception: should an essential paid-tier feature become unavailable during your subscription, a pro-rata refund is owed.

Trying without paying

The free tier is unlimited in time and in number of videos. It is the least risky way to try: the engine is exactly the same one, only the Pro features and the watermark differ.
